About the role

The Leasing Consultant will lead sales and resident experience efforts for a high‑performing property team, creating memorable experiences for prospective and current residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and common areas.
  • Tour and showcase model units, ensuring they are presented at their best.
  • Monitor local market conditions and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to prospects and residents.

Required profile

  • At least two years of transferable customer‑service experience.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and maintain detailed administrative records.
  • Strong enthusiasm for interacting with a diverse range of people.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in administrative tasks.
