Project Senior Integrated Content Designer

About the role

Deloitte's Customer team, within its Government & Public Services practice, is hiring a Project Senior Integrated Content Designer in Rosslyn, Virginia. The role sits in the Advertising, Marketing and Commerce offering, which designs and implements solutions that engage customers through the customer journey. The project talent model focuses on delivering services to clients, with employment tied to the project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce polished communications across written, digital, web, stakeholder, spokesperson, media and rapid-response channels.
• Translate strategic direction and executive briefs into clear, audience-appropriate communication products.
• Edit complex content while preserving meaning, tone, accuracy and organizational voice.
• Conduct editorial review, quality assurance, proofreading and final content checks.
• Manage content calendars, workflows, deadlines, approvals and multiple concurrent deliverables.
• Coordinate reviews with legal, executive, investigative, government and other stakeholders as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience developing content across multiple communication channels.
• 2+ years of experience with content calendars, digital production, stakeholder coordination or communication workflows.
• 2+ years of experience turning strategic or executive direction into usable communications quickly and effectively.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain high-risk public trust security clearance.
• Able to travel 0-25% on average.

Preferred

• 1+ year of experience refining written, digital, web, spokesperson-preparation and crisis-response communications.
• 1+ year of experience deploying or developing communications feedback mechanisms.
• 1+ year of experience with business process improvement, performance measurement, reporting and workload analysis.
• 1+ year of experience in homeland security, law enforcement, justice-sector or government operating environments.

The stated wage range is $86,700 to $179,500, and candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
