About the role
The University of Miami seeks a Project Manager, Research Support (ECHO) to coordinate and lead complex research activities. The role ensures efficient data collection, study administration, and compliance with university and regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate workflow, organization, and planning challenges and develop analytical solutions.
- Maintain protocol documentation and oversee manuscript preparation.
- Perform dataset analyses using standard statistical packages, including data import, updating, and manipulation.
- Present research findings at scientific meetings and conferences.
- Write manuscripts and journal articles for peer‑reviewed medical journals.
- Communicate research program objectives, track progress, and document results.
- Adhere to university policies, safeguard assets, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum three years of relevant research or project management experience.
- Strong learning agility to adopt new procedures, technologies, and protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software and standard data analysis applications.
