Project Manager

About the role

Third and Grove is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead the delivery of redesign, migration, and ongoing support projects for its digital agency clients. The role involves coordinating internal strategy, design, development, and QA teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between TAG and clients, establishing and nurturing relationships.
• Develop and manage detailed project documentation, timelines, budgets (up to $200k), and meeting notes.
• Oversee project execution from kickoff through launch, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Forecast resources, monitor project health, and proactively address risks or blockers.
• Lead recurring project meetings, including internal check‑ins, client status updates, and milestone reviews.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience managing web development projects and retainers at an agency.
• Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Ability to build trust with clients, ask questions when needed, and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
