About the role

Aderant is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple small to mid‑size software implementation projects for law firms and professional services organizations. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of our comprehensive business management solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage several projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
  • Coordinate with staff at all levels and external stakeholders to align project goals.
  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of implementation activities.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and communicate status updates.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Required profile

  • Experience with global accounting implementation or ERP system deployments.
  • Background in law‑firm environments, including client‑facing or support roles.
  • Proven track record of successful software project implementations.
  • Experience leading complex implementations through the full project life‑cycle.
