IT Support and Development Engineer – Corporate Systems

About the role

Red Robin is hiring an IT Support and Development Engineer for its corporate systems team in Englewood. The role supports, troubleshoots, documents and maintains cloud or enterprise financial software applications such as Oracle Fusion, Blackline and Anaplan, working across IT teams and with stakeholders to configure applications, build custom reports and improve business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, support, troubleshoot and maintain cloud enterprise software applications (about 60% of the role).
• Act as escalated support for end users, research root causes, engage vendors and act as a technical and functional expert and power user.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions and access requests, and review software release notes and schedule updates.
• Support new implementations, integrations and enhancements across platforms.
• Load, audit and report on data, propose and implement processes to improve data integrity, and train others on application configurations.
• Run in-depth QA tests, including end-user reviews and test scripts, and coordinate business partner initiatives such as new technology implementations and integrations.
• Work with product owners and leadership on solution design, and provide reporting so end users can make data-driven decisions.
• Other duties include executing user access requests, offboarding, supporting quarterly and yearly SOX audits, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What we offer

• Compensation range of $116,300 to $160,025.
