Project Manager, Games

About the role

The Project Manager, Games will drive the full product lifecycle for new games and line extensions, from concept through global launch. You will coordinate across product development, design, brand, marketing, sales, supply chain and external partners to keep programs on schedule and meet key milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master project schedule, identify risks and dependencies, and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end timelines for new game development, coordinating internal teams and external factories, licensors and vendors.
• Lead weekly cross‑functional status meetings, capture clear recaps, assign owners and track action items to closure.
• Build backward launch timelines aligned with retailer ship dates and partner with sourcing and operations on tooling, manufacturing and QA.
• Support localization and regulatory compliance for international markets, including packaging and component rules.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as briefs, approval workflows, sample trackers and launch readiness checklists.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project management experience in consumer products, toys, games or a related industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with overlapping timelines and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycles and overseas manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
