Project Manager – Commercial Drywall & Framing

About the role

Tori Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial drywall, metal stud framing, and other Division 9 trades across a variety of construction projects in Las Vegas. You will ensure crews deliver high‑quality work on schedule and within budget while coordinating closely with the Project Superintendent and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, including logs, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and change orders.
• Conduct field inspections, record findings, and report quality concerns to the Project Superintendent.
• Manage change orders: track logs, communicate with trades, and issue formal change orders.
• Oversee project costs and billing: review internal invoices, monitor schedules, and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and support overall project success.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in framing and drywall for new construction, renovations, or interior build‑outs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related engineering field is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential project information.
• Experience in luxury construction projects is a plus.
