Project Management Summer Intern

About the role

This paid summer internship (mid‑May to early August) with Oceaneering’s Grayloc team offers hands‑on experience in engineering and project management. You will support daily tasks such as document generation, SharePoint organization, report creation, and procedure development while working closely with a mentor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action‑item logs.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for project reviews.
• Organize and maintain SharePoint files and other project documentation.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to learn and contribute in a team environment.
