Project Coordinator

About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the sales team by overseeing the full project lifecycle, from order processing to closeout, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales Engineers with order processing and coordination with vendors and customers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking equipment, deliveries, and milestones.
• Process purchase orders and generate vendor orders accurately.
• Maintain organized project documentation in SharePoint and internal systems.
• Monitor project progress and financial performance, adjusting as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate service and technical support during start‑up and warranty periods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.

Required profile

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
• Associate degree with relevant experience, or high school diploma with 2–5+ years in HVAC or construction.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Experience in project administration, accounting, scheduling, and scope management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Trello or similar project‑tracking tools.
