Project Control Manager - WIDS Installation

About the role

Amentum/Secure Networking is seeking a Project Control Manager (PCM) to oversee the Wireless Intrusion Detection (WIDS) installation phase of the Skywalker program. The PCM coordinates installation teams, site surveys and integration with multiple program wings, and works Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The position is contingent on contract award, business needs, security clearance verification and funding availability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all WIDS installation activities and coordinate installation teams, site leads, engineers and customer stakeholders.
• Manage installation schedules, deployment priorities and resource allocation.
• Review and approve site survey reports, CAD drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop and approve Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate travel, security requests and site access.
• Ensure installations comply with engineering standards, SCIF regulations and customer requirements.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and report status to Program Management.
• Approve installation completion reports before submission to the Government and support continuous improvement of installation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years managing technical installation projects or engineering teams, and two years installing or designing WIDS solutions in DoD and/or Intelligence Community environments.
• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups; strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Office setting, but may climb ladders and lift up to 20 lbs during sensor and wiring installation.

Required skills

• Active knowledge of WIDS and TSCM capabilities, and of electrical systems, fiber optics and SCIF penetration requirements.
• Experience reviewing CAD drawings and developing BOMs.
• Preferred: current CISSP certification.
