Project Consultant (Outside Sales) – Roofing & Exterior Restoration

About the role

Aspen Contracting is hiring a Project Consultant (Outside Sales) for its roofing and exterior restoration business, serving the Lexington, Kentucky market. The position is full-time (W-2) and reports to the office in Nicholasville, KY; candidates must be able to commute reliably to that office for training, team meetings and business activities. Travel is local within the Lexington area.

Key responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs and conduct property inspections to identify project opportunities.
• Build customer relationships, present solutions and explain project recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Manage customer relationships from the first appointment through project completion and develop an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections and move qualified opportunities toward closing.
• Use company-provided technology to document customer and project information and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Direct experience selling roofing or exterior restoration services; residential roofing sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting property inspections and managing sales opportunities preferred.
• Ability to build rapport, present solutions, handle objections and close sales.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel locally and work independently in the field.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

What we offer

• Earning potential of $70,000 to $200,000+, with weekly pay and uncapped commission.
