Project Consultant, Construction and Operations Management

About the role

Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions team supports clients through transformational initiatives, covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, infrastructure and real estate, M&A and sustainability. As a Project Consultant in Construction and Operations Management, you will support the lifecycle of construction management activities, prepare documents and complete on-site work, and travel across the southwest Florida region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of activities related to construction management.
• Prepare documents such as bidding cover sheets, conduct analysis and complete on-site work at construction sites, including bid walks.
• Complete day trips throughout the southwest Florida region as part of general work responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in construction contract administration, data analysis, operations and program management.
• Ability to travel up to 50-80% on average, depending on the work, clients and sectors served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The stated wage range is $68,000 to $113,300, and candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program. The role is based in Tampa, Florida.
