Program Manager, Office of the CEO

About the role

Remilia Corporation is a creative technology studio that builds a social platform and runs cultural projects across the US and Asia. The Program Manager will run the operating cadence of the CEO’s office, coordinating meetings, tracking commitments, and ensuring progress across engineering, product, and marketing teams in Irvine and Seoul.

Key responsibilities

• Set agendas, run meetings, and produce detailed notes that assign owners and deadlines.
• Track work to completion, chase owners, surface blockers, and keep decisions from evaporating.
• Bridge communication between the CEO, technical, creative, and business teams across two time zones.
• Maintain the operating picture of a multidisciplinary company and move projects forward.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a startup, agency, production, or studio environment.
• Proven track record of rescuing stalled projects by identifying blockers and driving action.
• Ability to draft professional correspondence to clients, partners, or leadership.
• Availability for irregular hours across US–Korea time zones.

Required skills

• Structured project‑management experience (agenda setting, note taking, commitment tracking).
• Technical literacy sufficient to follow product and engineering discussions.
• Familiarity with Linear or similar project‑management tooling.
