Program Manager – Meade Prime Contract

About the role

LufCo is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cost, schedule, staffing, and performance for a complex government contract supporting national security missions. The role reports to the Meade Technical Director and serves as the primary interface with government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution, including cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and risk management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for government Program Managers, CORs, Contracting Officers, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage program resources, budgets, staffing plans, deliverables, schedules, and technical performance.
• Review financial, technical, and program status reporting prior to customer submission.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and performance gaps.

Required profile

• 15+ years managing complex programs or projects of similar scope.
• Experience with multi‑task contracts, subcontractors, and multi‑vendor environments.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting requirements.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and U.S. citizenship.
