Information System Security Engineer

About the role

The Information System Security Engineer will serve as the security engineering representative on engineering teams, designing, developing, and integrating secure networking, computing, and enclave environments for critical national security missions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and integrate secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
• Support government enforcement of trusted relationships among external systems and architectures.
• Conduct security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management.
• Identify security requirements for handling government data and interact with customers and project team members.

Required profile

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. citizenship.
• Fourteen years of relevant experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• CISSP certification.

Required skills

• Security engineering and secure networking.
• Risk analysis and risk management.
• Knowledge of IA policy, procedures, and workforce structure.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
