Production Operator – Manufacturing Shift

About the role

As a Production Operator at 3M you will work on a fast‑paced manufacturing line, applying safe work practices and contributing to high‑quality product output. You will join a diverse team that values innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work behavior to protect yourself and coworkers.
• Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products.
• Participate in innovation and sustainability initiatives on the shop floor.

• Implement continuous‑improvement actions to increase efficiency and growth.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Minimum six months of manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays on 8‑12 hour shifts.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Computer operation to run manufacturing processes.
