About the role

The HVAC/R Coordinator will install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air‑conditioning systems while ensuring air quality and system reliability across 3M facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair ventilation, air‑conditioning, and air‑handling equipment.
  • Identify maintenance risks and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R technician in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems.
  • Electrical fault diagnosis.
  • Mechanical fault diagnosis.
  • Preventative maintenance of air‑quality equipment.
