Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Facet, a financial planning firm offering accessible, flat-fee, personalized advice, is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager. You will define and execute the product marketing strategy for its financial services, working with product, sales, planning, training and marketing teams. The role suits someone who knows the product well, understands customers and can tell compelling, jargon-free stories.

Key responsibilities

• Understand members and target consumers through market research and member data analysis, and stay on top of industry trends
• Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, sales, planning, member experience, investment operations, training and marketing teams
• Craft consistent product positioning and messaging, and create go-to-market strategies for new services and feature launches
• Create marketing content such as website copy, blog posts, presentations and sales enablement tools
• Maintain competitive intelligence, the product claims library, the UX visual library, service demos and explainer videos

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the financial industry
• Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: experience in a fast-paced startup environment and conducting rapid consumer surveys
