Product Manager (Top Secret clearance) – Senior Engineering Management

About the role

Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead product vision and delivery for mission‑critical software solutions supporting government clients. The role involves shaping product strategy, managing roadmaps, and collaborating across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product visions that align software products with client objectives.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, Agile backlogs, and functional requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research, analyze product data, and prioritize features based on business needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure cloud‑based solutions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, and delivery activities to ensure product value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience managing software products, including vision, roadmaps, and Agile backlog management.
• 1+ years supporting product development and delivery in a cloud environment.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to commute to one of the listed office locations and travel 15–20% as needed.
