Oracle PPM Senior Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is recruiting Oracle PPM Senior Consultants to support the delivery of Oracle Cloud PPM implementations for clients. The role works with client stakeholders to gather requirements, design business processes and help execute transformation initiatives enabled by Oracle solutions. The position is open in 10 locations across the US, and recruiting ends on 31 March 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and project team members.
• Contribute to Oracle Cloud implementation activities: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional and process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training and post-go-live support planning.
• Assist with current-state and future-state process design, including scenario development, process flows and improvements to efficiency, controls and decision-making.
• Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across project phases.
• Support business development efforts such as proposals, research and pursuit materials.
• Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing, coaching and collaboration.

Required profile

• Functional implementation experience with 2+ full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including at least 1 full-lifecycle PPM implementation.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle modules.
• Experience supporting systems strategy, documenting business requirements, fit-gap analysis, process design, conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing and user training.
• Able to travel 50% on average, depending on clients and sectors served.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Required skills

• Ability to lead workstreams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Preferred: proficiency in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint for presentations and process documentation, and an advanced degree in a relevant field.

What we offer

• Wage range of $110,700 to $218,300, depending on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications.
