Oracle RMCS Financials Senior Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is recruiting Oracle RMCS Financials Senior Consultants to support the delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials implementations. You will work with client stakeholders to gather requirements, design business processes and help execute transformation initiatives enabled by Oracle solutions. The role is open in several US locations and recruiting ends on 31 March 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and project team members.
• Contribute to implementation activities such as requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional and process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training and post-go-live support planning.
• Assist with current-state and future-state process design, including scenario development, process flows and improvements to efficiency, controls and decision-making.
• Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across project phases.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal support, research and pursuit materials.
• Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing, coaching and collaboration.

Required profile

• Functional implementation experience with 2+ full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, including 1+ full-lifecycle implementation of Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
• 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
• Experience supporting systems strategy, documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing business processes and supporting pilots, configuration, testing and user training.
• Ability to travel 50% on average, depending on clients and sectors served.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Required skills

• Ability to lead workstreams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Preferred: proficiency in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint for presentations and process documentation.

The stated wage range is $110,700 to $218,300, and candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
