Product Manager, North America Downstream Marketing

About the role

Terumo Neuro is hiring a Product Manager for North America Downstream Marketing in Aliso Viejo, California. The role executes commercial marketing activities and contributes to a fully integrated U.S. downstream marketing strategy for the product line, working with physicians, healthcare professionals, sales and distribution teams and internal stakeholders. It also involves launching new products and programs to the physician community and serving as marketing lead on cross-functional commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tactical marketing plans, sales training materials, sales tools, marketing collateral and brand strategy for assigned products, new products and line extensions.
• Maintain demand forecasts and contribute to the marketing strategy for the product development pipeline and new products.
• Build partnerships with Sales, Clinical Research and Training teams to run podium and publication strategies with key opinion leaders.
• Travel to customer sites and labs to observe and support clinical cases and simulator activities, and visit physicians.
• Execute educational programs for customers and field teams, mentor and support training of colleagues and new team members.
• Comply with laws and regulations, quality management system processes and ethical standards, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in medical device marketing strategy and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Desired: MBA, experience with interventional medical devices or procedures (neurovascular industry), and medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and iPad applications.
• Customer database tools.

The salary range is $116,706 - $153,176, depending on experience, location and market conditions. The role involves extensive domestic and international travel and occasional radiation exposure in cath labs.
