Product Manager

About the role

Rentana is building an AI copilot for real estate, turning massive data into actionable revenue intelligence. We are seeking a Product Manager to shape and execute our product roadmap, turning complex customer problems into clear product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage one or more product areas, defining requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to maintain and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Translate customer feedback into well‑defined product requirements and development plans.
• Work with engineering and design to scope, refine, and launch features.
• Coordinate product execution from concept through release, including testing and beta rollout.
• Conduct customer interviews and gather insights from Sales and Customer Success.
• Analyze product usage, workflows, and market trends to inform decisions.
• Help improve product development processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data‑driven software.
• Strong analytical ability to turn complex problems into clear requirements.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability.

Required skills

• Experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with data‑heavy or analytical software.
