Product Manager

About the role

Rho is rebuilding the finance stack for the innovation economy and is looking for Product Managers who act like founders, owning end‑to‑end product surfaces and driving decisions with AI‑powered rapid prototyping.

Key responsibilities

• Operate like a founder: own metrics, P&L, and solve problems beyond a fixed job description.
• Develop deep understanding of early‑stage company financial needs and design workflows they haven’t imagined yet.
• Own a problem space, frame hypotheses, define success, and ship solutions to founders.
• Make decisive calls, pivot when evidence changes, and prioritize work without ego.
• Leverage AI to accelerate idea testing, prototyping, and building novel product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, GTM, and leadership, communicating the why behind decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years building products as a founder, PM, engineer, or equivalent in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Fluent with frontier AI tools, having shipped features enabled by new AI capabilities.
• Strong product intuition, detail‑oriented, and able to articulate problems, hypotheses, and success metrics before writing specs.
• Founder‑mindset: take ownership beyond role boundaries and drive initiatives to completion.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, making decisions on incomplete information and adapting to pivots.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly and aligns teams, even when delivering negative answers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on prototyping and data analysis using AI models.
• Ability to build and iterate on product flows, sketches, and prototypes.
