Product Manager, DSP (AdTech Experience Required)

About the role

AdQuick is seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve its Demand Side Platform (DSP), the engine behind programmatic out‑of‑home buying. You will bridge real‑time bidding protocols with the unique constraints of outdoor media to deliver a high‑performance buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the DSP roadmap, prioritising features that boost advertiser ROI such as automated bidding and advanced audience targeting.
• Translate digital programmatic standards (OpenRTB) into the OOH environment, handling loop frequencies, creative approvals and geolocation triggers.
• Collaborate with SSP partners and internal supply teams to integrate with 600k+ DOOH screens worldwide.
• Partner with Analytics and Data Science to build measurement and attribution tools that demonstrate campaign impact.
• Engage power users at agencies and brands to gather feedback and turn it into scalable product solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience in the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, or Exchange).
• Strong technical fluency – comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture and data pipelines with engineers.
• Outcome‑oriented mindset with a proven record of driving revenue growth or platform efficiency.
• Strategic thinker able to structure and prioritise a emerging market.
• Exceptional communicator who can explain auction dynamics to customers and business goals to engineers.
