Product Management – Digital Service Development

About the role

The Applied Global Services Chemical Mechanical Planarization Service Business Unit seeks a product manager to lead digital tool‑enabled service‑product development and new‑product introduction, ensuring service readiness from concept through release.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Unit to embed service requirements into product development and NPI plans.
• Develop digital capabilities, predictive‑analytics solutions, and differentiated service offerings for emerging platforms.
• Lead customer‑site evaluations, define statements of work, success criteria, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, field service, product support, and digital‑tool groups.
• Define application‑support plans, knowledge‑transfer packages, and ensure products meet serviceability and reliability targets.
• Create methodologies and tools using machine learning, predictive analytics, and customer‑value models to optimize system performance.
• Drive readiness of spare parts, training, documentation, diagnostics, and field‑support processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, preferably CMP, with strong technical program‑management background.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and system specifications.
• Business acumen in semiconductor markets and experience developing business cases for service products.
• Proven leadership in matrixed, cross‑functional environments and excellent communication skills.
