Customer Site Service Representative I

About the role

Surventis is seeking a Customer Site Service Representative to support daily operations of its coating products at automotive assembly plants in Warren, MI. The role combines on‑site technical expertise with customer interaction to ensure product performance meets expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical and application support, including color management, defect identification, and corrective actions.
• Ensure product performance meets or exceeds customer specifications and support new product/application development.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to investigate, analyze, and resolve product issues.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships, responding to requirements and driving value.

Required profile

• Strong safety mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for collecting and analyzing technical data.
• Attention to detail in following procedures, work instructions and safety analyses.
• Ability to work independently, including flexibility for shifts and weekends when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with color management and defect identification.
• Ecoat coating experience preferred.
