Product Lead, Orchestration

About the role

Rad AI is seeking a senior leader to own the vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy for its Orchestration platform, turning concept into a market‑ready product that connects imaging workflows, interoperability, and AI across health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end product strategy, from concept through launch, driving adoption, revenue, and platform impact.
• Lead a cross‑functional team, aligning product, engineering, sales, partnerships, and implementation to deliver on high‑stakes timelines.
• Develop the commercial narrative, pricing, packaging, and partner model, and secure early lighthouse partners.
• Make build/partner/buy decisions for orchestration capabilities and prioritize the highest‑value bets.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with experience linking product decisions to revenue, pricing, and market positioning.
• Deep expertise in radiology, imaging workflow, PACS, DICOM, interoperability, or related enterprise imaging infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading major product or platform initiatives in healthcare or imaging companies.
• Ability to operate autonomously, influence executives, and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
