Senior Thought Leader Liaison – Lung & Head & Neck Oncology (Pacific Northwest)

About the role

The Senior Thought Leader Liaison will lead KOL engagement strategy for lung and head & neck oncology across the Pacific Northwest, supporting brand advocacy and educational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional KOL engagement and peer‑to‑peer marketing plans, including faculty development and compliance training.
• Provide market insights to the RYBREVANT brand team and coordinate regional education programs with cross‑functional partners.
• Monitor regional treatment patterns with analytics teams to inform insight programs and budget planning.
• Lead overall brand strategy, mapping, innovative engagement planning, and agency management.

Required profile

• Minimum BA/BS degree; MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD or related graduate degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in marketing, medical affairs, key account management or sales leadership, engaging KOLs and healthcare organizations.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel >50% (up to 65%) for field‑based events.

• Deep understanding of oncology market trends and compliance guidelines (ACCME/HCC/PhRMA).
