Product Engineer – Backend‑Focused (AI‑Native)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer who leans toward backend development while being comfortable building the full feature stack—from database schema to the React UI that users interact with. The role is AI‑native, meaning you will work with modern AI‑assisted coding tools to ship AI‑powered product features quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery, including database design, API implementation, and React front‑end components.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team and early customers to iterate on product functionality.
• Observe and partner with internal legal teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and turn them into high‑impact features.
• Scale the platform infrastructure to support rapid growth.

Required profile

• Strong “can‑do” attitude with a deep customer‑obsession for both external users and internal legal staff.
• Comfortable working across the stack and eager to ship features without hand‑offs.
• Willingness to adopt AI‑enhanced development tools such as Claude or Cursor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in building backend services and APIs.
• Experience with React for front‑end development.
