Product Engineer - AI

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer who lives at the intersection of AI systems and user‑facing products. You will own features end‑to‑end, from designing agentic pipelines and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to building the React interface that customers interact with.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and iterate multi‑step AI agent pipelines that solve real immigration‑law problems.
• Develop and maintain the React front‑end that lets users review, edit, and approve AI‑generated documents.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and early customers to ship a world‑class AI‑powered immigration platform.
• Debug prompt regressions, monitor model outputs, and ensure the system meets high‑stakes legal accuracy requirements.
• Integrate modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and MCP servers into the development workflow.

Required profile

• Deeply customer‑obsessed, able to empathize with both external immigration clients and internal legal teams.
• Hands‑on engineer who can switch between backend AI pipeline work, prompt engineering, and front‑end development within a single day.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment and shipping features quickly.

Required skills
