About the role

Rwazi is seeking a Product Analyst to own the quantitative visibility layer of its AI‑powered SaaS platform. Working remotely, you will partner with the VP of Product to turn user behavior and performance data into actionable product strategy.

Key responsibilities

Measure and interpret user behavior across dashboards, workflows, and modules.
Track feature adoption, engagement, retention metrics and identify friction points.
Support A/B testing, experiment analysis and cohort studies to surface early warning signals.
Define and maintain core product metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting.

Required profile

3–6+ years in product or SaaS analytics roles.
Strong quantitative reasoning, pattern recognition and ability to translate data into executive‑level insights.
Experience collaborating closely with product teams in high‑growth B2B environments.
