Processing Supervisor – Post‑Harvest Operations

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Processing Supervisor to lead daily post‑harvest activities in the trim room of its Lincoln, IL facility. The role reports to site leadership and is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processing of cannabis products.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily throughput targets and quality standards across all output streams (UF, PC, trim, extract, waste) tracked on the production board.
• Enforce trim specifications for each product type, including tightness, stem and leaf removal, and grade‑specific handling requirements.
• Inspect finished output throughout the shift, rejecting or reworking material that does not meet specifications before it leaves the room.
• Supervise a team of processing agents and leads, providing training, scheduling, and productivity tracking.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards, reporting any deviations to site leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in post‑harvest processing, preferably within the cannabis industry.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a production team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet daily production targets.
