Lead Processing Agent

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Processing Agent to oversee the processing of harvested cannabis material at its Lincoln facility. This position ensures that all processing activities meet strict health, safety, and quality standards while supporting the company’s mission to professionalize the cannabis industry.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule resources across activities such as deboning, sifting, grading, and final trim.
• Perform initial bulk quality control inspections of each batch.
• Report quality issues to the Quality and Facility Director.
• Create and maintain daily performance logs and continuous‑improvement boards.
• Monitor dry rooms, cure rooms, and processing spaces for proper temperature and humidity.
• Enter harvest batches into the ADP/POS system and manage inventory.
• Track team productivity and adhere to time metrics.
• Execute seed‑to‑sale software adjustments, moves, and transfers.
• Approve timecards and manage time‑off requests in ADP.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work within strict health and safety policies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ADP and POS systems.
• Experience using seed‑to‑sale software.
• Knowledge of quality‑control inspection procedures.
• Ability to monitor and control environmental conditions (temperature, humidity).
