Processing Agent – Harvest Operations

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a diligent Processing Agent to join its Lincoln facility. You will play a key part in transforming harvested cannabis flower into high‑quality products while upholding strict health, safety, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process harvested flower material, including grating, sorting, and weighing.
• Log all material data accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Collect samples and conduct quality‑control tests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and follow PPE protocols.
• Safely transport processed product from the work area to storage.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in food production, cannabis processing, or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to work reliably in a changing, challenging environment.
