Processing Agent

About the role

The Processing Agent works on the production floor to transform harvested cannabis flower into finished product ready for storage and distribution. The role requires strict adherence to health, safety and quality standards while operating specialized equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Process harvested flower material using the Mobius machine trimmer and treatment machine.
• Grate, sort, weigh and log processed material accurately.
• Collect samples and perform quality tests to ensure compliance with product standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Safely transport processed product from the work area to storage locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Operation of heavy machinery – Mobius machine trimmer and treatment machine.
• Accurate weighing and material logging.
• Sample collection and basic quality testing.
• Compliance with sanitation protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
