Machine Operator – 1st Shift

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join its Packaging team in Fall River, MA. Working the first shift, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment that packages pre‑rolled cannabis SKUs, ensuring product quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean RollPros Blackbird and other packaging machinery such as heat sealers, labelers, combination scales, indexing assembly lines, and pouchers.
• Follow process flow charts and machine parameters to achieve accurate production output.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and document production data.
• Maintain inventory of consumables and ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Cross‑train on additional automation equipment, including the Hightek flower line and Keepac edible poucher, as demand requires.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM on the first shift.
• Attention to detail and commitment to sanitary and safe operating practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple packaging systems.

Required skills

• Operation of RollPros Blackbird packaging machine.
• Experience with heat sealers, labelers, combination scales, indexing assembly lines, and pouchers.
• Familiarity with Hightek flower line equipment.
• Knowledge of Keepac edible poucher machinery.
