Packaging Agent – 2nd Shift

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a reliable Packaging Agent for the 2nd shift to join its fast‑paced production team in Fall River. You will work in a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment, ensuring products are measured, packaged, and labeled accurately while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by department leadership during the 3 PM – 11:30 PM shift.
• Measure, package, and label cannabis products with precision.
• Collect samples and perform quality‑control tests.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Safely transport finished products to storage.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 1 + year of hands‑on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing setting (2‑3 years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑changing, high‑pressure environment.
