Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (Packaging)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our Packaging team on the 2nd shift at our Fall River facility. The role focuses on producing and packaging preroll SKUs while maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean RollPros Blackbird and other packaging equipment such as heat sealers, labelers, combination scales, indexing assembly lines, and pouchers.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and document production output.
• Maintain consumable inventory and ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Cross‑train on additional automation lines, including the Hightek flower line and Keepac edible poucher, as demand requires.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed process flow charts and machine operating parameters.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and accurate record‑keeping.
• Willingness to work the 2nd shift schedule (Monday‑Friday, 3 PM‑11:30 PM).

Required skills

• Operation of RollPros Blackbird packaging machine.
• Experience with heat sealers, labelers, combination scales, indexing assembly lines, and pouchers.
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with Hightek flower line and Keepac edible poucher equipment (preferred).
