Process Engineer Summer Intern

About the role

This summer internship offers hands‑on experience in industrial process engineering, supporting design and construction projects across heavy‑industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist design engineers with system analysis using AutoPipe, PipeFlo, Wingems or CadSIM.
• Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and perform pump and air‑balance calculations.
• Create construction drawing sets using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks for a variety of projects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated engineering solutions.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Civil/Structural, Mechanical/Process, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, or Chemical engineering program.
• Self‑motivated learner eager for design challenges in a fast‑changing industry.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork and asking clarifying questions.
