About the role
The PRN RN will provide critical care nursing in the 28‑bed ICU at Marymount Hospital, supporting high‑acuity patients with complex medical needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients.
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Required profile
- Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Two years of recent related nursing experience (or internal candidates with CNO approval).
- Ability to pass prescreen competency assessments.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current state RN licensure.
