About the role

BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 private duty care in clients' homes across Fort Wayne and surrounding communities. Enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the support of a dedicated home‑health team.

Key responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care to a single client per shift in a home setting.
Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage wound care as needed.
Document care accurately using Statewise electronic charting.
Communicate with clients, families, and the BAYADA clinical support team.

Required profile

Active LPN license in Indiana.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

Proficiency with electronic charting systems (Statewise).
