About the role

The New Grad Nurse Residency Program is a paid, full‑time opportunity for recent LPN graduates to launch their careers with hands‑on training, 1:1 mentorship, and real‑world experience in home health care across Fort Wayne.

Required profile

Active nursing license in Indiana (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program

What we offer

$24–$28 per hour
Full‑time schedule (36+ hours/week) with 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts
Daytime and overnight shifts
Weekly pay and paid time off
Electronic charting
$1,200 nurse referral bonuses
Accredited home‑care nurse residency (ANCC)
Simulation labs for pediatrics and adult care
24/7 clinical mentorship
