About the role
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses for overnight 1:1 home care in Fort Wayne and surrounding communities. You will provide skilled nursing care to a single client during your shift, enjoying flexible scheduling and weekly pay.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver skilled, 1:1 nursing care to one client in their home during overnight shifts.
- Document care using Statewise electronic charting and follow clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship resources as needed.
Required profile
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Statewise electronic charting system.
What we offer
- Competitive pay $35–$38 per hour with weekly pay.
- Night shift differentials and retention bonuses.
- Flexible full‑time, part‑time, or PRN scheduling (minimum 4 shifts/month for PRN).
- No weekend requirement.
