About the role
Join BAYADA’s paid Nurse Residency Program designed for new graduate RNs to build confidence, competence, and real‑world experience from day one. You will work with a compassionate team serving clients across Fort Wayne and surrounding areas, gaining hands‑on training and 1:1 mentorship.
Required profile
- Active nursing license in Indiana (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
What we offer
- $31–$33 per hour
- Full‑time schedule (36+ hours/week) with flexible 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts
- Daytime and overnight shift options
- Weekly pay and paid time off
- Electronic charting system
- $1,200 nurse referral bonus
