Private Client Services Consultant

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Private Client Services Consultant for its sales team. The consultant develops and implements an individual sales plan for business insurance, employee health and benefits or private client services products, coordinates service of assigned accounts, delivers renewals on time and secures quotes when needed. The company offers business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and private client insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an individual sales plan for business insurance, employee health and benefits or private client services products
• Coordinate service of assigned accounts
• Deliver renewals on a timely basis
• Secure quotes when necessary

Required profile

• 2-5 years of outside B2B selling, with a proven ability to ask the right questions to build credibility quickly and understand how to align offerings with clients
• Experience in the midmarket (companies with 100 to 1,000 employees)
• Professional, collaborative approach with a positive attitude
• Assertive yet consultative style

Required skills

• A BA/BS degree is preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus
