Insurance Agency Associate - Early Career Program

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) offers business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and private client insurance solutions. Its Early Career Program lets new colleagues rotate through several practice areas so they can learn each one before choosing a focused career path. The program covers Business Insurance, Employee Health and Benefits, Personal Lines, Surety and Retirement.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate daily between three to four practice areas to gain exposure to multiple areas of business.
• Learn how to handle new business, renewal business and customer service needs.
• Complete daily tasks in the assigned areas, preparing for a practice-area-focused career after the program.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A bachelor's degree in business, risk management, sales or a related field is a plus but not required.
