Private Ambassador Assistant (Luxury Retail)

About the role

As a Private Ambassador Assistant, you will act as an ambassador for the Louis Vuitton brand, delivering personalized, high‑end experiences to private clients. You will support the Private Ambassador in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring every interaction meets the Maison’s exacting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome Private Ambassador clients and provide top‑tier service aligned with Louis Vuitton standards.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to keep the Private Ambassador organized.
• Assist with product curation based on client preferences and appointment goals.
• Manage reservations, consignments, and product transfers, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare appointments: pull products, arrange displays, and set up the space.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records, including payment details where appropriate.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and support ringing of sales.
• Coordinate client communications, outreach, and appointment scheduling.
• Step in to handle client sales when the Private Ambassador is unavailable.
• Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards and adhere to company policies.
