Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning Product Manager

About the role

TikTok is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning team within its digital ads ecosystem. You will shape product vision and drive the development of privacy‑centric ad technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and success metrics.
• Prioritize features using quantitative and qualitative input.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑org teams to execute the roadmap and ship products.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• 2+ years of direct Product Management experience with shipped products.
• Deep understanding of ad tech (targeting, delivery, signal & identity, measurement).
• Problem‑driven, goal‑oriented and able to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Experience building ML recommendation models.
• Knowledge of privacy‑preserving technologies.

What we offer

• Base salary range $149,040 – $311,600 annually.
